Lok Suvidha Finance Limited (which in term shall, unless excluded by or repugnant to the subject or context, be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns), is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its corporate office at Plot No # 271 / A, Ambazari – Hingna Road, Subhash Nagar, Nagpur, MH, Pin: 440022 India (hereinafter referred as “LSFL” or “Loksuvidha” or “Company” or “us” or “we”) and is the licensed User of the website www.loksuvidha.com (“Website”) along with the subdomains and inclusive of all Lok Suvidha products, Mobile applications and services together known as the “Lok Suvidha Platform”.
- Information We Collect:
- Data collected to use our Services – We collect such information that may be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) including, but not limited to,
- Name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, e-mail ID, photograph, one time access to location, and other contact information – To verify the eligibility for loan serviceability, pulling credit bureau records and to streamline the KYC process.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) documents, Aadhaar, PAN, etc. Govt. issued Officially Valid Documents, bank account, bank statements, financial documents, income proof – For Customer Identification, pulling bureau record and credit assessment
- Particulars of NACH (National Automated Clearing House) mandate and PDC’s (Post Dated Cheque) – For facilitating of repayment of the loan
- Vehicle or financed asset details – For credit assessment and processing NOC post closure of the loan.
- Data collected from your usage of our Services –
- Any images, audio, video, files or documents which are shared by the User. No data is collected without consent from individuals’ mobile phone resources, including but not limited to contact lists, call logs, telephony functions, files, or media.
- We also collect certain information either when you provide it while using the Platform or Services and/or automatically as you navigate through the Platform (which may include usage details, IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, the operating system used by your device, access times, and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies).
When using the mobile application, we collect:
- The Device ID & call information enable us to receive the phone status and identity
- One time access to camera for the purpose of onboarding / KYC requirements only
- One time access your GPS location for the purpose of onboarding / KYC requirements only
- Receive data from the Internet
- Read Google service configuration
- Access & read your storage for you to upload documents
- Information received from other sources – We may also be working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, partner banks and financial institutions, technical sub-contractors, and analytics providers) and may lawfully receive information about you from such sources. Such data may be shared internally and combined with data collected on the LokSuvidha Platform.
- How We Use Your Information:
- Providing Services:
We capture, save and analyse your information required to perform credit and risk scoring models and establish identity and assess applications and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, primarily for the provision of services and the fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations.
We might share the information with multiple financial institutions and other lenders for customization of offers and provision of services.
- Customer Support – We use the information to provide customer support, including to resolve your concerns from the use of the Services, and train our customer service executives.
- Research and Development
- Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of viewers, visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns.
- Perform internal operations necessary to provide our services, including to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyse usage and activity trends.
- We may use the data we collect to offer new products and services for your use.
- Marketing – To send surveys or marketing communications to inform you of new products or services or other information that may be of your interest
- Legal Compliance –
- To comply with legal and statutory compliance and in order to prevent, protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity and other guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
- To resolve any kind of disputes and to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Information Sharing and Disclosure:

- We may engage third-party companies and individuals to administer and provide the service on behalf of us (such as Direct Selling Agents, Recovery Agents, and Business Correspondents).
- We may disclose your Information to professional advisors, such as lawyers, technical agencies, bankers, auditors where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
- We may also be working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, technical sub-contractors, analytics providers, search information providers, service providers and may lawfully receive information about you and other covered members/nominees from such sources. Such data may be shared internally and combined with data collected on the App.
- Sharing with law enforcement when needed – If any governmental authority or law enforcement officers request or require any information and we think disclosure is required or appropriate in order to comply with laws, regulations, or a legal process.
- Data Security:
The information we obtain from or about you may be processed and stored in India. We comply with generally accepted industry standard regulations regarding the collection, use, and retention of data. We do not process or retain biometric data. However, we may request temporary, one-time access to your device’s camera, microphone, location data (including fine and coarse GPS coordinates), or other system functionalities, strictly for the purposes of onboarding or Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, checking loan serviceability and solely upon obtaining your explicit, informed consent in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. Further, we secure the sensitive personal information in accordance with the relevant standards. These safeguards consider the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process and store with the current state of technology. We impose contractual obligation if in any case we outsource the task of data processing. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your information submitted to us, both during transmission and once received, including the use of vault and tokenization services.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and thereby usage in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
We neither accept nor assume any liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. We do not, under any circumstances, represent that our platform is completely void of malware including but not limited to viruses, spywares, cancel bots, Trojans, time bombs and any such application, which may be placed on our platform without our knowledge. However, We shall take all the necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that our platform is free from the above-mentioned malware.
You also play a key role in keeping your information secure. Using unsecured Wi-Fi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the Platform is never recommended. You should not share your username, password, or other security information for your account or the device through which you access our Platform and/or Services (as the case may be) with anyone. If We receive any instructions through any account or device or any other medium bearing your information, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions. Please remember that if you post any of your Personal Information in public areas of the Platform such as in online forums or chat rooms, or in the platform’s searchable database, or share such information with anybody else, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of Platform or share with any other person.
- In the Event of Change of Control:
In the event of the change of control of the Company due to the merger with a third party, acquisition, bankruptcy or other change of control, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors rights generally, we may not be able to control how your Personal Information is treated, transferred, or used.
- Changes/Amendments to this Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect any (including but not limited to) changes in the law, the data collection and practices, the features of the Platform or Services, or advances in technology. The amendment to this Privacy Policy shall come to effect from the time of such update, change or modification and the same will be published here and, where applicable, communicated to you via email, SMS to your registered phone number or other formal means of communication.
You are requested to review the Privacy Policy carefully from time to time. Use of information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. The changes to this Privacy Policy shall be treated as read, recognized, understood, consented and accepted if you continue to use the Lok Suvidha Platform or Services post such changes.

- Opt-Out Procedure:
You may send a written request to Lok Suvidha Finance Limited at its registered office or via email to customer.care@loksuvidha.com for opting out of future solicitations.
Subject to applicable laws, you may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements and loan terms sanctioned via the mobile application. You may choose not to provide consent for processing your personal data, though this may impact our ability to deliver services. You may also revoke your consent at any time, subject to applicable laws and the terms governing our Products or Services.
- Data Retention and Destruction:
Personal data shall be deleted or destroyed, where technically feasible, in accordance with industry standards or rendered anonymized to cease being personal data. It may be retained as required or permitted by applicable laws, regulations, or for legal defence purposes. KYC, device location, and SMS data will be deleted or anonymized in compliance with legal or regulatory data retention requirements. Other data will be deleted or anonymized upon user request, provided there are no active loans or services, except where retention is mandated by legal obligations.
